Had phone off pretty much all day yesterday, and even now it's off.
Yesterday was probably my least fun Xmas ever. I sent out a few gifts this year, but as usual got none, I haven't gotten a Xmas gift in probably over a decade, or a B-day gift either, those days are gone, I suppose.
That's how you measure whether you have people in your life that love or care about you, obviously I have none.

I'm annoyed by those who make you out to be a bad person for simply wanting what they want and what we all need
They want to feel loved, be loved, and feel as if they matter, yet if you desire the same, you're 'bad' and or 'creepy'...I mean think about that.
They want to matter, they want to make a difference in a positive way, yet you wanting the same makes you bad or even a monster...again think about that.
They, could use a hug, or physical affection every now and then, or often, but you wanting the same makes you 'bad' or 'creepy'...why?
They want acceptance, they want to be given the benefit of the doubt, they want to be trusted, yet you wanting the same makes you bad or even creepy..again why?
I guess everyone needs a boogie man or person in their life, someone they can point to and say 'Oh gee, I'm glad I'm not like them', yet they are just like 'you', or them, but are to self-centered and or uncaring to see that, until one day they to are cast aside.

This year, 2023 coming up, I'm no longer kissing azz, rather I'm going to kick azz, but in a positive way of course.

I don't like the term 'Americans are great', cause no, there are many people who happen to be born in the U.S.A., who are anything but great, many are down right nasty behaving monsters, if that weren't the case our prisons wouldn't be stuffed to capacity.
But one doesn't have to be in jail or prison to be an outright inconsiderate monster. Nor does gender matter either. The concept, repeat the concept of "America' being great, may be true, but that doesn't mean the people randomly born in the U.S. are.

I checked the mail, and saw where I got a envelope from the City of New York, with my name on it...hmm.
This should be interesting, about to open it. ....OK, it was simply a 'Thank you' letter from the Mayor of New York themself...oh ok, now I remember, I sent them a copy of one of my books so many months ago...cool.

It's amazing how big and tall someone can seem to others, yet on the inside, at certain times, how small that person others see as menacing, can feel on the inside at times.
The physicality of a person matters not to that person, rather what matters to that tall or big person, is how they feel on the inside.
Physicality is nothing more than a biological uniform or costume a person is born with.
The tallest person still needs to feel loved, just like the smallest person probably does.
But most are to selfish to understand this about others.
Better to always make 'self' feel like the helpless victim, rather than the comforter.

Well, its about time for bed. The backdrop to this blog forum is bright, and projects a happy mood, which I'm not always in. I may change the back drop soon to give it a more soothing relaxed tone.
Cause the Pullman in the backdrop, is not really the Pullman of today, that was a totally different happier, more cheerful, simpler era, that can never really come back.

Not sure why I never thought to activate the 'do not disturb' function on phone until a few weeks ago. Nothing bugs me more than getting calls, or hearing text sound on phone while I'm in bed resting. No one every brings me good news over the phone, haven't in probably over a decade, so in coming calls are pretty much dead to me now. I like going to bed with a clear mind, and waking up with a clear peaceful mind, and all calls are texts do is disrupt that peace.

Not the best night of sleep, after coming in late from work. To many nights in a row of poor sleep will lead to an early demise, especially as you age, and is why could never tolerate a job where this was routine for me. The older you get the more your health must be prioritized.

I'm tired of reaching out to others, always trying to pump others up with positive ideas and collaborations. I'm just tired of it. Tired of dumping so much energy into deadbeats.
Tired of those who don't show as much interest in me as I do in them. If I ever become a break out star, which I doubt will ever happen, but if do, I can never forget how so many marginalized me along the way.

I think I'm going to force myself to either move, or get a new job within 2-4 months, for the betterment of my life going forward.

It's time for bed and a good movie. It can take days or weeks to finally hunt down a good movie now, so when I do find one, I usually watch it like a TV series, and try to stretch the 80 minute movie out over a few days. I watch 10 minutes here, 15 minutes there, maybe 5 minutes before bed, and so forth.
But ye, it's about time for bed, when you start spacing out, you know it's about that time.

I'm thinking about changing the backdrop to this blog forum, that cheery, blue sky version of the good ole days reflection of Pullman is a time that may have passed....a wonderful time indeed, but like that one Twilight Zone episode where that one guy tried hanging on to the past to long, like that character, maybe it's time to move on to a different landscape.

Just changed the forum background to a more darker theme, more like fall colors, or a more wintery cold weather place Pullman really was, but is what made it so cozy. The people living there now have no idea I was there way before there laying down memories there before some who live there now, were even born. If they saw me, apart of the history there, walking down the streets, they'd think I were a stranger, funny how life works that way.
But that's just the cycle of life, in that even today's 'young', will be considered old and irrelevant one day.
