Going to have to get a list going, if hope to get anything done tonight. I took like an 'awake nap', where sometimes you just have to lay still, and let body rest while awake. That's when still have energy, but body is a bit wore out. Watching old early episode of Star Trek, this must be like one of the 1st 10 episodes, you can tell, cause Captain Kirk and Spock's chemistry is not yet fully developed. It's the episode with this odd looking creature alien. Ahh, the simple days of Star Trek, been watching Star Trek since on city view street in Pullman as a youth.

Amazing how these older episodes still have the ability to lure you, the viewer, right in.
It just goes to show how superior the writing was back then, superior in that the writing was simple, solid, and complete. Mystery, fear, uncertainty, and the likability of the characters involved, a recipe that works every time, but seems many modern day writers have forgotten that simple story telling recipe.

I need to workout today
I was at my best a few weeks ago, never felt better in over a decade, then came crashing down, not sure why.
I think it's the food I eat when at work, the food I buy from stores, like travel centers, the deli, or pre made salad...I think that's how bacteria and pathogens get into my body and then make me sick or feel ill, like I kind of do now.
Cause when at home, and just eat what I cook, I don't get sick, I only seem to get sick when I eat food made by others, as in store bought and shipped stuff.
I've just got to be more careful with what I eat.
It's not so much alcohol that makes us sick as much as it is the stuff we eat when drunk or drinking.
I rarely drink anymore, and now realizing there's a lot more to health than just not drinking. You really have to guard what goes into your body.

Nothing to do but to get started on the 'to do list', if hope to get anything done today
Cause my natural state now, is just to sit back and chill, veg out, think, contiplate, do nothing, as time rolls by. So I need a list of things to do, to stay meaningfully active.
Maybe one day, I'll be so engaged in things I actually love to do that a to do list will no longer be needed, but for now, the to do list keeps me focused on micro tasks.
But also, taking care of micro tasks helps relieve stress, cause micro tasks, if not done, can swell into a large pile.
Also, Hurricane season is upon us, some of the most scariest natural phenomena's ever...living through one will certainly humble anyone.

With few precious hours left of freedom, nows when I create a 'must do' 'to do list', in that everything on the list is a 'must do', before bedtime.
As in making lunch, this and or that, stuff that must get done before alarm goes off tomorrow.
I enjoyed my 6 days off, didn't do much, but then again, maybe life isn't always about feeling we must get stuff done.
Maybe when some of us have actually arrived, we're still so uptight that don't know how to enjoy it.

What I don't like about Amazon, is you cannot watch their movie without disconnecting your VIN, which opens you up to all sorts of adds, and other annoying crap..

The 'to do list', is usally the best way to snap self out of a stupor, cause forces me to just 'do something', anything, that's on the list, and then slowly I start becoming myself again.
It's all phycological, it's all in the mind, and my previous drab work environment has got me feeling drabby, but it's all in the mind, just got to shake it off.

Maybe the 'to do list' can help shake me from my funk. Moral kind of battered today, but still it's a day I don't have to work so may as well try to get something done.

Need to put together a late night 'to do list', where only essential stuff on the list, lose ends type of stuff, and maybe 1 or 2 fun things.
I drank while off this time, and I do regret it, I really do.
The only person I hurt anymore when I drink is myself.

Screw the list, I'm just not in the mood, what's not done tonight will get done tomorrow, no need in torturing self by doing stuff not in the mood to do.

The best way for me to keep myself moving along this evening is to create a 'to do list', otherwise I'll just sit here in front of computer and veg out, or lay down and go to bed.
I still can get a few things done today, on this wet Wednesday evening/night.

All my inspiration will come back to me tomorrow, when at work of course, that's usually how it works. But when at work can't act on what inspires me.

Anyways, have about an hour of free time before have to hit the sack, so may as well get started on a 'to do list' to maximize the time, cause if I don't, I'll just end up starring at the walls.
