Neighbors, the good, band and the ugly of it all

Seems no matter how much rent goes up, the leasing office always moves super B, dark people around me.
Look, I'm person of color to, but it's just that for me it's more of a cultural thing.

since being here, I've learned that the darker skinned a person is, the smaller they are culturally, at least at the working class level of society.

Dark skinned black folks just tend to be the most socially close minded people I've ever lived arouund, and I've lived around lot's of different people.
It's just a pattern of close mindedness I've observed over the last two or so decades.

And because darker skinned blacks are so culturally small minded, it's like they expect you to be the same way that they are, especially the females.

They figure, 'Well I'm small and know nothing about the world around me other than R&B music, and rap music, and other local stuff, so therefore you must be small also, like I am'.

Believe me you, I've had 20 years to observe this mindset.
I'm surprised as conservative so many black folks are, not sure why they vote Democrat, in bulk, maybe out of habit?

Cause actually, conservative minded blacks would fit better in with the Republicans.
Blacks are anti gay, so is most Republicans, and so forth.

If black folks are continuing to vote for Democrats, than that tells me their approaching the polls, on voting day, like mindless lemmings.

Either way, I just wish for a change I could get some younger whites or Hispanics, with flair, and joy, and cheer, living around me, instead of the usual paranoid minded, anti-social urban inner city mindset types.

I just don't get leasing offices, I mean no matter how high rent goes, it's like leasing office still freagin moves in some ghetto person or persons, right next to you or under you, in same unit...w the whatever man??

What's the point of paying high rent if still living around ghetto types?

Ye, maybe it's time for me to move.
I mean I do all I can to avoid thug types in society, yet gdm apartment leasing office moves the very people (do to their lack of character) that I disdain and try my best to avoid, apartment leasing office decides to move folks like that right next to me.

Yet working class types can barely get in here, but some how corn rows wearing, white tank top, pants sagging types seem to be able to move in with ease??
Screw that.

I mean hell, if going to have to live around ghetto types anyway, I may as well move to the freagen ghetto, where at least rent is cheap.

I guess those two gents I saw sitting on stairs, aren't grown, they're the sons of the woman below me.

But here's the thing, as a responsible Mother, or parent, why the heck would you allow your kids to dress 'hood'??
It's why I think B mothers make some of the most terrible mothers on the planet, the ones raised in the U.S. that is, or at least inner city types.

I mean if I were a parent, do you think I'd allow or buy for my sons, wife beater tank tops shirts?
Do you see how the grooming begins, even by hood parents, who just don't know any better themselves, cause they've never seen better.

But surely, they must know that grooming their sons to be hoodlums, and to dress like hoodlums, isn't a good path...surely they must know that??

Sorry, I just don't like living around urban bred B folks under the age of 35, they're just not wired right mentally. And living around them, it's like you're always waiting for that flash point, and sooner or later it comes, is why urban jails and prisons stuffed to capacity, but for everyone in jail or prison, how many victims are there?

The older you get, the more apartment life sucks, cause the older you get, the more territorial you become.

Apartment life isn't fun like maybe years ago, when people actually spoke to one another, and maybe they still do, depending on where you live.

But urban apartment life, when living around hood types, totally sucks, cause urban types make everyone uptight, scared and nervous.
