Publix Supermarket is pretty much where I do all my grocery shopping from for the last several years.
I used to do Walmart, but to old for that crap anymore, the sheer size of the store tires me out before I even get there.
All the walking, then the check out isle, then the parking, forget about it.
And then the humilation of being asked to show your receipt on the way out...forget about it, who needs the headache?
Shopping for groceries shouldn't be like a half day event....so instead I drive less than a few miles to Publix.
Sure food prices may be higher, but it's closer, and by the time I drive another 4-5 miles to a Winn-Dixie, or other place, what's the point.

And the average price of beer, at least where I live, has gone up like 1.50 or so more over the last year.
Used to could get a 4 pack for like $3.99.oo, those days are gone, now a 4 pack will run you like $5.89 or so, almost 6 bucks.
What's the point of getting a raise if inflation just gobbles it all up.

I need to go shopping, about out of fruit and vegetables.
For a while was ordering food be delivered to place, haven't done that in over a year, since they stopped taking paypal.
When single, have to do everything for yourself, people who think being single is easy and fun, have never been single for long periods of time.
Now if rich, wealthy and single, sure, cause you can just pay for services, but when older, working class and single, it can be tough at times, especially if don't have any family to help you with anything either.
