Since moving, I don't feel as healthy, even though been working out 70% more and drinking way way less, at least as of last few weeks. But I just feel weird on the inside... My knees are sore, not sure why. Could it be the environment?
I mean when we move, often times there can be things in the environment that impede our health, as in chemicals in the interior. Like how in apartments, they often use maybe chemicals, or paint, or other material that isn't good for us. But how do you prove that?
Soon, I will order a interior chemical detector to see what's inside this place. Cause I should be feeling better than ever, yet I'm not. Somethings afoul.

My body is not telling me coffee/mocha energy drinks are not good for my bodyMy body is now telling me that these coffee/mocha energy drinks, you get from the store, are no longer good for my body. I suspect it's do to the amount of sugar they put in them. I can make and drink my own coffee at home, which I add no sugar to at all, and I'm OK. But when I drink these heavily sugar saturated store bought energy drinks, it's like my body or energy level crashes. Could be a sign or pre diabetes, from what I've read, or just the fact that lots of sugar is bad for you, regardless of whether you have diabetes or not, especially as you age. Either way, no more coffee/mocha store bought energy drinks for me. Dr Self.

It's time to go workout, yes, workout, in the middle of the heat...why not. Life isn't easy, so why should working out be easy.
Older age is no fun, and of no use, unless you stay fit.

Stay fit, there's outside gyms everywhere
No need to join a gym when there's plenty of free outside gyms everywhere.

Tennis anyone?
Tennis anyone? Before this, I haven't swung a tennis racket in years, maybe a decade. But tennis keeps you fit, keeps those muscles loose. I may have to add it to my regular workout routine, again.
Bottom line, just stay fit and eat right, cause the world is hard enough when healthy, how much harder is the world to us when we're unhealthy.

I'm doing my gut a favor by not drinking tonight, no beer. Emotionally I sure felt like it, but gut just needed a break.
When alone, drinking, the state of getting drunk, gives you something to emotionally fall back on or sink into. When sober, which of course is better and healthier, it's different when alone, and so have to find other ways to deal with uncertainty, or doubt, or despair.
Also, I cooked up some potatoes that my neighbor gave me, just sliced them and semi fried them in a frying pan using olive oil...that hit the spot.
You got to listen to your body...if you listen to your body, before you, I, we, others, get sick, that's half the battle and cuts down on doctor visits.

When you get older and workout, your recovery time takes longer. If you workout to frequently, your body will break down if you don't give your body enough time to recoup.

Also, when you get older, it's good to lay down multiple times a day, in my opinion. Doesn't mean you have to fall asleep, but you'd be surprised out how just laying down for 15 to 20 minutes can really help recharge your mind and body.
