First lesson for beginners or those wanting to refresh
I tried following along and wore myself out. Also, that quick snapping motion they do, you'd better stretch before trying it that fast, and or if older be gently with how you twist your body.

This instructors first lesson is a bit more intense, more like an aerobics workout
It's late, so I didn't even try to copy this guy, but adding it here for future reference. I think muscle memory and reflect and keeping flexible, stretching all helps you to stay fit and young. Just know your limit.

Seems people who train to fight, always get in fights, and those who never train to fight, seem to never get in fights.

To me, nothing good ever comes from fights, nothing. Either you win, and to win you have to seriously hurt, or sometimes stun the other guy..which can lead to arrest, lawsuit, a guilty conscious.
Or you lose, which can lead to physical injuries, humiliation, hospital bills, and also arrest, if you were in the wrong.
I guess fighting only makes sense to me when fighting to escape, as in you're cornered or something.
