Keep life simple
Keep your life simple, the more simple your life remains, the less power over you anyone has, particularly employers.
When you keep your life simple, you're not in as much of a rush to beg for a job, can take just about any job, if kept life simple, and near make better money on the side.
And no one will ever appreciate you, your health, your capabilities like 'you'.
To most others, simply a pawn or a number on a form.

When I got out of high school, back then one could move clear cross the country on a near tank of gas, move to new place, get apt for little of nothing, get a job a few days later, and be settle in all for under $500.00, try that today, Today $500 won't even cover your rental truck.
Just saying boy have times changed, inflation has gone way up compared to salaries and pay checks.
Now, I think it would cost a minimum of $5000.00 to move, and that's if you basically have nothing.
And even if you spend 5 gran to move, you'd still need savings to live off of until settled.
As far as employment goes, depends.
With me I don't like to commit until I've moved some place, I don't like to move for a job, rather I move, than I find a job, in my field there are plenty of jobs so can do that, but, but, if renting, apartment complex may not let you move in until can prove employment.
Every things different now, every things complex, you can no longer re-invent yourself by moving cause your identity and background is only a key pad away....no more fresh starts like days of old, everything follows you now.

Odd how you can work so much that brain conditioned to think that even on days off, you're suppose to work...then while in bed realize you're 'off' and just able to relax even more deeply.

You gotta wonder, as you get older, is it better to take low paying State or Gov job or continue working non Gov job?
I signed up to State job board, and so often times get sent job openings, but like most State jobs they pay like high school salary wages, but, but, the thing about State or Gov jobs what you get that many other jobs don't offer is benefits long after stopped working there.
And so sometimes, as I get older, I wonder would it benefit me to get or take or apply for one of these lower paying State jobs, even if it's just being a Janitor, ect, yet once in you're in, could possibly transfer later ect, but one thing for sure and that is you're taken care of long after you stop working as far as benefits ect.
I like the job I have now, but if quit tomorrow I get nothing, nada, but if take a State job, even if it's cleaning toilets, I get all sorts of benefits.
Hmm
Going to give this some hard thought over the next few months.
