Land and small farms for ideal living  When younger I ran from this, why?? And what did I trade this for?, urban life?, crime?, traffic?, a pointless existance and more? This section here will be about what exactly the ideal life or living condition is going forward, with main focus on buy small land or farms for living, either by ones self or with group of people. (Sorry rich fake Conservative types, that may seem like communal living to you, but not everyone has millions of dollars to afford to by land or small farm anymore on your minimum wage, listen, consider and learn)

First off everyone and their New York or Los Angeles grandma wants to suddenly move to the south now, so this idea that land in the south is the cheapest is quickly going away!!
The cheapest land is where people are fleeing from or places like the midwest where farms are being abandoned!

M/F's flooding to Florida from everywhere and bringing their money, as such Realitors taking advantage of them, and raising the prices on land and eventually everything else.
Celebrities moving to Florida, politicians moving to Florida, Liberal types moving to Florida, as such land or an acre of land that 10 years ago went for under $400.00 now skyrocketing, gotta love capitalistic greed, says Limbaugh and other such older males I do not look up to.

It's just sad to me that you can be a decent person, yet if can't afford a $850,000 dollar ranch or farm, than forced to live in urban area amongst monsters.
And sorry Rush, you ignorant fraud, but the common person cannot generate, ever, enough hourly income to afford such a place..so that leaves a few choices...
1. Crime, steal, and rise to the top...nah
2. Money raising campaign
3. Pool resources with a few others who want the same and basically form own society within a society.
Going forward we'll explore number 3 a bit more.
