What my body tells me at my age
1. cut back on chicken
2. no sugar at all, enough sugar stuffed into other products I, you, we, eat, adding sugar to anything other than pure water, is basically a death trap, is what my body tells me.
3. Stay away from sauces, as in masturd, Ketchup, B Bee Q sauce ect...sauces are like crack cocaine of sugar.
This and more to follow, if want to age correctly and stay out of Doctors office.

Stay away from sauces, whether Barbee Q or Salad dressing sauces, and other sauces, if want to keep your teeth as you age and avoid terrible tooth aches. I did experiment, cut stuff out of diet, tooth ache went away, but as soon as began using sauces again, tooth ache came back, why?...Do to the high concentrated amount of sugar that's in these sauces, that's why! And no telling what over invisible or painless harm the ingredients in these sauces are causing to our bodies. I recommend simply making your own homemade sauces, and if don't know how, than learn how, if you care about your health.

Ye, there's just a lot of things your, our, bodies stop liking as we age, can handle when younger, but not when older, and probably a obvious reason is the wearing out of like our Kidneys and Liver ect, as we age, of course our organs age right along with us and probably don't have the same filtering ability as they did when 19, young and fresh, and seems could eat a shoe, and be OK the next day. So of course, as age, if want to maintain health, then have to start cutting more and more 'junk' out of our diet that probably never should of been there to begin with.

Yes and for sure, your body knows best, problem is most of us don't listen to our bodies or aren't trained to.
All that aside, I compare diet and what we put in our bodies or ingest, good vs bad relationship with another.
Most would rather be in a bad relationship, which leaves you feeling full and filled up, than a good relationship that leaves you feeling high dry and empty....is probably why couples have 'love affairs' and all.
I mean sure June Cleaver married to Ward, but once Ward, Wally and Beaver all tucked into bed, who's to say June didn't sneak out and go visit the local greasy town mechanic...just saying it's the same with diet.
Dirty, bad for 'us' food just seems more seductive at times than does good food...and or smoking, tobacco ect.

To me the best way to fix that problem is to just one day go into kitchen with garbage can and open up all cabinets and fridge and once and for all toss out all foods, sauces, certain gluten breads, toss them all into garbage can and dispose of it in dumpster and start over from scratch what you place in fridge and food cabinets.
But if I were to truly 100% listen to my body, all that would be in fridge is water and raw vegetables and some fruit, and that's it basically...maybe canned beans of various kinds as well.
Cause all the other chemicals that man puts into products are like the demons in the movie 'Hell Raiser', they're designed to tear your body apart as you age.

My body tells me that weight gain is attributed to back problems I've always had a athletic body, regardless of age, but do notice if I do allow self to gain more weight than should (usually beer weight), that's when lower back discomfort can be felt, and this is just with a little 'gut' and or 'butt' weight gain do to maybe to many beers and not enough exercise...now I can only imagine the stress on lower back, spine area with 20 or more pounds over weight, cause that's a lot of extra weight on the lower part of spine or back. Notice the more weighted you are, the more it forces your spine to curve and bend out of shape, thus probably more back discomfort or pain.

I just had a medical scare, enough so to wake me up. Enough so to think 'this was it', like Fred Sanford use to say.
I'm injecting a bit of humor, but I may actually go to doctor tomorrow, walk in clinic or something. Maybe I'm having some prolonged heart attack and don't even know it.
I don't mind dying, but don't want some long drawn out death. If had a spouse, I'm sure they'd make me call the hospital right now, but when you're alone, it can be embarrassing doing that.
And then if you call the ambulance, just to be safe, here comes all the red flashing lights, then people begin to talk.
I don't know. What if I do go to hospital tomorrow, or walk in clinic, and turns out they say I can't work anymore do to whatever, then that goes on record, then what?
Maybe I've reached the end.

I'm a vet, so tomorrow may go to a VA facility and whatever, would go now, since don't have to work tomorrow, but they don't open till 8 am.
I can just imagine what a mess it'll be, the paper work, the lines, the people, the masks, the this the that. I mean if not literally dying when you walk in, I can only imagine all the paper work that must be filled out, that alone could take hours, and of course I won't have all the info redily available.
And health insurance? I've been pricing that, good gracious who can afford that stuff?
Many people do, but I don't.
300-500 a month? That would totally depress me.
And then even so, read where still would have to pay between 5-7000 gran until policy kicked in, well 5-7 gran is all the savings many have now days, how depressing. And if above 7 gran, that means you really are sick, and probably can't go back to work, so now you're broke, or income very taxed with payments, and if a blue collar worker probably can't go back to work.
It's just bad, the system.
If older and single, once you start getting sick, it's pretty much over, sure they'll heal you up, maybe, but now you end up on the streets cause now you're broke.

Here's what I've learned since last night. As you age there are certain inflammatory foods one should avoid, sugar being chief among them, or things with processed sugar additives in them. Here's an interesting article about it helloglow.co/worst-foods-for-inflammation/ Read, don't read, I don't care, it's mainly for my own reference. Our diets are killing us, sauces, ever look at the ingredients in household sauces? Cereals, do you know how much sugar cereals are packed with? When younger this stuff doesn't effect us much, but as we age and or if side health issues, sugars and other substances can really agitate those other health issues. I had no idea if I'd even be here today, is how bad it got last night, but I am, and all the wiser. Who knows, nature and fate will have the final word, I may start feeling like crap again later, who knows. But while here, gotta live and express self while it matters.

The cost of a Ambulance spendonhealth.com/ambulance-cost/ If don't have health insurance, one ride in a ambulance could wipe you out. And if are paying for health insurance, will be broke all the time anyways, it's like a lose lose situation. Capitolism and greed, gotta love it.

My body tells me that there's more to being fit than just losing weight
Today I was in the park exercising, and even though have lost an average of 11 perminent pounds over the last few months (And mind you I'm already tall a slim so that's a lot of weight for someone with my body type), but while in the park I felt like I weighed 250 lbs, I felt sluggish, not very enthused, legs moved like lead...why?
Cause moral not as high as it should be, I'm not having really that much fun in life at the moment, I mean other than relishing having long days off from work, there's not much other stuff going on to bring me satisfaction or joy, and I think as the moral goes so goes the body.
You can be thin and in shape, but if the mind is shot, it won't matter, you'll still feel heavy and sluggish.
So how can I change that?
1. Plan to change it. I have to first make a plan to deliberitely want to change it.
And number 1 basically is everything, I have to make a plan.
I have to incorporate more things into my life that are fun, and usually fun evolves around activities where you're around fun people.
Relationships is what it really all comes down to, the more healthy relationships you have in your life, the happier you are, the better your moral, the more enthused you are, that's key.
But it's also easier said than done.
When live in a time, era, that if single people aren't really interesting in relationships, both males and females really just want sex, regardless of age and maturity now days.
60 year olds aren't stupid, they realize time is short for them, they're not seeking some Romeo and Juliet relationship (I'm not that old yet), but just saying. just look at any adult tube site and you'll see what I mean.
But relationships don't always have to come in a 1 on 1 package, relationships of a non romantic nature can be developed through community service like volunteering, ect. Or joining some sports league.
Anyways, like I said, I need a more well rounded regiment of fitness that focuses on more than my weight and working out a few times a week.
I need mental fitness and moral fitness and success fitness and more.

And maybe for me, getting a new or newer vehicle isn't such a bad idea after all I mean sure, we've all been told buying a new car is the biggest waste of money one can do, cause of how fast the deappreciate. But is it? I mean if buying a new car that you like helps boost your moral, is it really so such a bad thing? Seeing as having a healthy moral often leads to you creating newer and other opportunities for self that you might not have if moral was low. I just know I need a perk in life right now, and all these side ventures I've been trying, none of them seem to be going anywhere. Books, online stores, ect, nothing. I sat in and test drove a brand new red challenger like the one above, last week, and although initially said 'hell no', when it came to price and payments, well, who knows, who knows.

At my age, my body tells me it's OK to rest.
That I don't have to constantly be doing something every awake moment.
And that when I come home from a hard days work, a long shift, I shouldn't feel guilty if all I want to do is sit back, turn on the TV, and watch a show.
At my age, my bodies telling me it's OK, to be lazy sometimes.
Cause that's when the body is healing.
