One could learn a lot by observing Geese
Where I stay, every year the same pair of geese return, although only successful at rearing goslings for one of those years.
But it's the same pair that returns every year and they're semi-tame.
I often toss them bread from my balcony, and female goose is quick to eat, as the male is the more paranoid one who's always standing guard.
These geese never fight with each other like human couples do, nor do they 'divorce', there is no 'divorce court' in the goose world.
They simply stick together and survive, human couples could learn much from Geese.

Just heard on the radio news that nuclear waste is leaking into the ground in WA State at that underground storage facility www.cnn.com/2017/05/20/us/hanford-nuclear-tank-potential-leak/index.html Not sure if link is current story I heard tonight, apparently this has been a ongoing problem near 'Hanford' WA. Is this what 'god' cleared Indians out the way for, so that future generations could suffer medical issues do to radioactive soil and water?

Ever find yourself playing with a lottery ticket the way a cat plays with a mouse?
What I mean by that is, at least with me, I always scratch of winning numbers first, then matching numbers, then finally 'prize' beneath the matching numbers.
Well like for example what if get 100x, as in whatever dollar amount revealed below that multiply by 100.
So if $1.00 would = $100.00 winnings.
But this ticket a $10.00 ticket, so you'd think at minimum they wouldn't offer prize less than 5 dollars, but I put nothing past the greed of the state, cause I've been lured into stuff like this before where you think you won big, and ticket gives you the least amount possible to win..
This here probably the same, sure it says 100x, and sure it's a 10 dollar ticket, but knowing my own bad luck past and greed of the state, I'm sure when I finally scratch off dollar amount beneath the 100x multiplier, I'm sure it will be like $1 dollar, so 100 dollars tops earning, not a life changer at all, just pocket change...we shall see.

Just needed a few 'beers' tonight as I settle in, even though gotta work tomorrow, but need a few beers just to separate me from how I felt when got home, which was utterly spent and tired and frustrated, and on top of that A/C went out.
I suppose should find better ways of settling in, but sometimes 1 or 2 cans of beers does the job, and just helps tear you away from previous work cycle.
It's one thing if have own family there to greet you, to love you, to hug you, but when return to a 'void', you gotta do what you gotta do to relax, and this early morning 'beer' is what hugged me, goodnight.

I really do need a water filter cause get so tired of purchasing water in bottlesI probably spend maybe $20.00 ? in water a month?, probably more like $30, and I'm tired of it, I really need a water filter that attaches to faucet.  It doesn't have to be this fancy, but I do need one for sure, why should I keep paying companies to purify water I drink when I can do it myself, duh, should of thought of this years ago.

what do I trust more, my eyes or my cell phone camera?
I ask that cause I swear, my cell phone camera makes me look different than what I see with own eyes when looking in the mirror.
It's like the cell phone camera brings out stuff I just don't see in the mirror, that can be good if naturally gorgeous type, and the camera brings out extra gorgeous qualities in you, but can be bad if average looking, like myself, and cell phone camera tends to bring out stuff you'd rather it not, like puffiness in the face, or uneven skin tone, or bags under eyes and so forth.
I mean is the cell phone being more honest than my own brain is when I see self in the mirror?

just scratched a lottery ticket I paid $5.00 for, and on top row got one of those 20X, meaning whatever amount you won beneath is multiplied by 20.
I've gotten these before, and just sat on them for a while before scratching off the winning, I sit on them to just imagine and ponder if, what if, it's the big one, but it never is, it's usually always the minimum amount.
Example 20X, and the prize will be like 1 dollar = $20 bucks, or in this case since it's a 5 dollar ticket, than even if 5 dollars x 20 that's 100 bucks, sure it helps, but only pulls you about even for the money you've wasted on tickets since last winnings.
The State is just greedy, and doesn't want you to win much, just enough to get you to play again.
When I do decide to scratch the winning amount, I'll update you on here, but again, I'm sure it's less than $100, probably more like 20 dollars, we shall see.

Really, if the winning amount isn't over $200, than it has very little over all effect on anything, in order to have any type of lets say 'bills' effect it would have to be a minimum of $500.00, at least that would slice into rent a bit.
And in order to have a even better effect, it would be nice if earnings were equal to that of monthly rent or mortgage.
I mean let's say you win $1000.00, what is that?, it's basically about 80% or so of your monthly expenses (if a common person)
Now if won 5 gran, now that gives you some room to relax a bit with your earnings, that would cover monthly expenses, leave you some play money and allow you to save a bit.
It's it's 10 gran, now you can really relax, now that would put you about 1-2 years ahead on savings, cause it's hard for average salary people to save up money, so that would put you at least 1-2 years ahead, could maybe get car worked on, buy some new clothes, maybe pay off some small debt ect.
$20,000, now we're talking taking time off from work type of winning, maybe newer car type of winning, I mean you're not rich, but, but, that kind of winning could put you at ease, at least for a while.
50 gran, I'm quitting my job, sorry, I'm old enough now that I don't feel the need to work just to work anymore, for time is treasure, and the older you get the less time you have, so if won 50 gran or more, I'd for sure quit my job, and heck in my field of work, there's more jobs than people to fill the seats, so ye, I'd quit, and maybe even move.
50 gran would allow you to move comfortably without sweating, cause these days moving costs a ton of money.
100 gran, now we're talking not just moving, but ownership of maybe a newer home, cabin, cash for a new vehicle, or even a nice RV, and or land, land land land.
And or schooling and or starting a new business, new computer, whatever, this is if single of course, I mean if have a family (if those still exist, certainly not in my area), but if have a full complete family, as in Father, Mother and say two kids, what would 100 gran do?, or be used for?
The parents would for sure set aside some of that money for their kids college, at least that's what most middle class 'W' parents would do, are trained to do, but if a urban family or single Mother, not sure if they think that way.
Anyways, why am I doing all this dreaming and pondering, like I wrote in previous post, I'm sure when finally scratch of prize, it won't be no more than 20 bucks, chump change.

$100 bucks, big whiptee doo I finally scratched off the winning about, and as predicted it was $5 dollars X 20 = $100 dollars, big whiptee doo, don't get me wrong, better to win than to lose, but 100 bucks isn't going to change a single thing in my life, as far as I know, I'll probably put another 10 of that into the lottery again.

College athletes can now get paid by advertisers
I certainly wish this were so back when I was younger and eligable for athletics, I'd of jumped on it.
So in addition to getting scholarships, some of these athletes will also get paid a ton of money for their 'name sake', wow.
And then some famously rich actor donated 150 million dollars to I think Yale?, some Ivy league school, to the art and theater department, so Yale is waiving tuition for Art/Drama/theater students, are you kidding me?
Dang I wish I were 17 again so could take advantage of these new policies.

White women more inclined to 'stand by their man', no matter what  White women just seem more inclined to stand by their man no matter what, like that old Western song. I mean this guys a begging bum, I see him there all the time, yet his girlfriend, lady friend, looks better kept than the wives or women most employed men have. Black women will leave your azz in a heartbeat, if you want loyalty you won't get it from a black woman, that's for sure, but if you want loyalty, you'll get if from a white woman, Hispanic woman, Asian women, even African women, but you won't get it from an American Black women. And if do like you, it's only cause you have money or something else of value. Even if married, they'll divorce your butt in a quick minute and clean your fiscal clock.

Early morning thoughts Will warm up the mind by laying down a few thoughts, generated by life, a life and a conscious that wasn't here 100 years ago, nor will be here 100 years in the future, just here now. Nothing makes sense the older I get. The animal kingdom, what did animals do before man arrived? All the animals that have gone extinct, thrived for so long until man came along, what was earth like on this planet before man appeared?  And why would man be placed in the midst of it all, for what? For entertainment? I just wonder how the world would be like today had man never been introduced to the planet. What would the dominant species be? Or even if man had stayed pre industrial. One thing for sure, the slightest shift in the past different from what it was and I wouldn't be here, nor would anyone reading this. Our being here timed down to the last mili second, of events that occurred in the past, every decision in the past, that others made or didn't make, is why we're here. Oh well, me thinking about it want solve a thing.
