In this day and age, more and more people had better get use to the idea and new reality of taking care of self, of becoming a 'expert' on ones own body.
I mean nature already does the bulk of the work for us, as far as health goes, we're simply a conscious within our body, we don't operate anything, but we do effect how our organs function by our habits.
Today, going to the Doctor can be a big hassle. I hear all sorts of complaints from others, who do go. I hear these complaints in the media as well.
I hear of long waiting lines, I hear of the cost, I hear of being passed around like a hot potato from one practitionar to another, from one clinic to another. And I hear a lot of it has to do with Insurance, and how the medical industry is structured now, that being said people had better wise up and become keen to their own health/fitness, before being at the mercy of the medical system.
Our bodies will tell us a lot, if we'd simply learn to listen, not after the medical scare or cause, but before it.

Proper sleep/rest, sleep/rest, sleep/rest twylightzone.boards.net/thread/536/sleep?page=1 I cannot emphasize the importance of sleep and proper rest, that's when the body does the bulk of it's healing, and one doesn't need some expert to tell them that, all one needs to do is 'listen' to their own bodies. The reason why so many never heal, or can't even seem to get over a common cold, or other minor internal infection, is do to lack of proper sleep and rest. And the main culprit is your job, at least for some, and this usually applies to older people who still have to report to work at a time and shift that disrupts their natural sleep pattern. To me, what my body tells me, is that the most vital time to be in bed sleeping are the hours between 3 am - 8 am. Yet many have jobs that yank them out bed between those hours, and just because you get use to it, doesn't change the fact that you're disrupting the healing process inside of your body. It's why now, I refuse any job that requires me to get up at odd times to start work, but many do not, but then later suffer for it. My job is not my god, and darn if I'm going to sacrifice my health, the one and only body I get, life I get, for some job that barely keeps me above the poverty line.

Dr Self tells me that dancing, laughing and having fun, even if over 50, is still vital to good health and longevity One doesn't realize how fit you have to be to dance, and how many muscles come into play. I think I'm going to start dancing more, not to be cool, but rather to stay in shape.

Dr self was right Dr self was right, and by me diagnosing and treating self, I saved probably $500.00 in doctor bills. Another thing I notice, when cleanse body, and drink herbs, natural stuff, then go back to like Gatorade or any store bought energy drink, like 'Arizona', ect, when body is cleansed, you notice the strong chemical taste in store bought drinks.
When body not cleansed, we don't notice or taste the chemicals in store bought drinks, but when body cleansed, the chemicals in store bought drinks really do stand out to you.

Parasites and Pain
Dr Self has been telling self lately that many peoples pain, including my own in the past, was or could of been caused by muscle parasites that live within body tissue. And that a lot of what we eat, as in artificially flavored food, greatly contributes to the longevity of these parasites within us (250 million people or more)
And the fact that so many are in chronic pain, and doctors to stupid to ever suggest it could be parasites, is why some forever take pain pills intead of learning how to rid body of parasites.

Many people have parasites living in them, which can cause pain, muscle soreness and more And many of the foods we eat, mainly snack foods, such as potato chips, sugary drinks, or anything laced with ingredients that sound like chemical compounds to a bomb, well these ingredients are like crack cocaine to parasites, they love them, and often manipulate our appetites to crave junk food. Not sure what ingredients they put in store bought food now, but seems I always feel stellar until while at work, I pull into travel centers and buy and eat stuff in those stores, then that's when I start feeling 'off', physically sick, muscle pain, whatever.
It's like the food industry purposfully trying to harm us.

Today hasn't been the most fun day, I think I'm ill with something.
Oh relax, getting ill or sick, now and then, goes right along with living, especially when much younger.
We all get sick, have all gotten sick, but years ago people didn't panic about it like they do now.
But still, I never go to the doctor.
I don't know any doctor in the history of the world who has saved anyone from ultimately dying.
That aside, what my body and mind, and senses are telling me is to avoid salads and other stuff that are pre-made and for sell in like fuel stops.
Cause lately, all my illnesses always occur after I eat food I didn't prepare for myself.
Sometimes I think the Government or some agency, secretely and purposefully laces our food with different pathagens to make us all get sick a few times a year to help fund big pharma.
Man, and his ever need for greed, is always in search of ways to get you and I to spend more, regardless of ethics and values said company or agency claims to have in public profile.
Just look at how twisted twitter has become and how Elon Musk has already uncovered how terribly that site manipulates accounts, and tweets and ect.
What a bunch of pythons there at twitter, living foulness.
Humans are skunks.
There's just no other way around it, most humans are skunks, and will do anything, sell out any cause, just for money.
I'm one of the few who haven't and won't.
Not yet anyways, chuckle.

A lady at 'Auntie Peaches', told me how to make natural antibiotics. A very simple recipe actually.
Garlic, Onions, natural honey.
Well me being me, I forget the exact blend, so I just cut up some slices of onions, and very small amount of natural garlic, and put some honey in the small blender, and blended it all together.
I heated up the water in microwave before hand so that the honey I had in the fridge would melt and be absorbed quicker.
I just swallowed some of this concoction, so to early for results.
I will say this though, in the past when I've eating strong natural garlic from the barb, I have gagged, and on occasion even thrown up....but that was when I had alcohol in my system, which I don't now.
But in the past, garlic and drinking just didn't mix with me at all, I'd end up gagging or throwing up. But now that alcohol not in my body, I don't seem to gag or vomit anymore when I eat garlic, at least in small amounts. And maybe that's what the honey is for, is to retard the stench or taste of the garlic.
Anways, can't see if this home made antibody solution works, we shall see.

Well, here to say, haven't thrown up yet, and in fact went and drank a bit more of this home made antibodies drink, which consists of onions, garlic and honey.
So far so good, and chest area is actually clearing up (I mean what wouldn't with garlic and onions in your bloodstream)
But still, I really won't know until tomorrow, after a good nights sleep, when the body really goes to work at healing, then, after I wake up, I'll be able to tell if it made a difference or not.
Cause right now me feeling better could just be in my head, the power of suggestion type of thing.

Well, I do feel better today, but have no way of knowing if it's do to the garlic/onion/honey concotion I took, or the other vitamins I took, or just bodies natural immunity that's kicking in, I have no way of knowing. If there were 3 of me then could do an experiment, one with the garlic/onion/honey, and one without, then could compare how we felt the next day, but since only one of me, I have no way of knowing what really is making me feel and get better. Cause right now all kinds of healthy stuff are flowing through my body, so maybe it's just a combo of healthy things all working together. Still not 100%, but do feel better than I did yesterday, the chest and muscular pain in arm is pretty much gone. It's just up to me not to blow it by eating something I shouldn't, and for sure not drinking any alcohol. I think alcohol lowers the immune system when you get older, I think alcohol stresses out the kidneys and liver, and is probably why when get older and drink, one is more prone to getting a cold, or the flu, or any other bacterium that's floating around out there. And don't forget about the stomach flu, I think maybe that's what I had do to eating bad food I bought at a store, pre prepared salad. You have to be careful when buying pre made salads, cause that means item was handled by a human, who could of sneezed on it. And especially if has meat in it, cause if tempurature is maintained during transit, bacteria can multiply. It's a tough world regardless, micro organs are everywhere that daily try to invade our bodies and cause disruption.

Dr Self tells me that to much caffeine or tea, or any one particular energy source is not good
No expert needed, no doctor needed other than 'Dr Self', and Dr Self tells me that to many energy sources at once has or can have the opposite effect on my energy level.
I think it could be the bodies way of balancing it out.
And also different energy sources have diffeent effects on my energy level.
The more natural the energy source, as in herbal tea (I mean the really natural kind you get from herbal stores), has a more sustained energy boost throughout the day.
Whereas processed energy drinks, that are full of sweeteners and other chemicals, tend to give you that up and down energy level, where you're full on sugary energy one hour, then feel like sleeping the next hour.
My body accepts natural plant based herbal tea energy better than any other source of energy, coffee maybe being second, as long as no sugar added or cream and for sure not the store bought canned hyper energy stuff.
No Docter or expert needed, one simply needs to pay attention to ones own body.

This is probably one of those 'no duh', type of comments I'm about to make, to most, and that is, I think I need to drink more water during the course of the day.
'No duh'.
I really think, know, have read, but for some reason haven't done, and that is to drink way more water throughout the course of the day.
Just the act of drinking more water during the day, no telling how many minor things that could cure.
I will start making an effort to do so and record the results.
