Computer large screen monitors terrible for your eyes do to the powerful 'blue light' rays Be careful with these large computer monitors, cause I suspect they're very bad for your eyes do to the blue light that comes from them. Do your own research, they even make blue light glasses that claim to deflect the blue light, I got a pair, but not sure how good they work. So my solution is that I ordererd a screen projector so that eyes aren't being fried by blue light effect Hopefully will be here by tomorrow. I went outside, it was bright, then came back inside and looked at monitor, and it's like eyes got fried by the blue light. Just makes me wonder the long term effects of all this technology.

I don't think the lights, emitted from electrical devices, are all that good for the eyes at night.

⬆️⬆️⬆️ Continued from above about bright compter monitors
I was right, and since getting projector, eyes feel much better and not blurry, or as blurry as before. The blue light emitting from these bright screens are causing eye damage, and maybe more, I'm certain of it based on my own evaluation of my own health.
Blue light isn't good for your eyes, look it up yourself.

Dr Self also tells me that regardless of my mood, how I feel, even if morally down and out, that regardless I need to exercise or 'die', yes, that's right....cause so goes the mind, so goes the body, if you allow it.
One can be strong, the other weak, but never good to have both the mind and the body weak and feeble at the same time.

Be weary of taking Ginkgo Biloba herbal suppliment, cause it may cause internal bleeding
This product may cause internal bleeding, so be weary if deciding to try it. I ordered mine from Amazon, but about to throw it all away.
It's like a herb, found in China, that they've used for 1000's of years, so maybe their guts are used to it, but mind sure wasn't.

When nighttime arrives, I just stop doing any and everything that feels or seems like a chore. Nighttime is for relaxing, not stressing, at least to me. When nighttime arrives, comes, I just sit, relax and think.

Been laying off coffee and caffeine drinks lately.
I was in the bad habit of drinking coffee, then drinking beer or booze, then realized I think both, even alone, are inflammatory to the nerves, so to drink both together, well, can only imagine the nerve damage, so I stopped.
Didn't completely quit drinking beer, but have for sure layed off the coffee as of late.

I think I get drowsy at times during the day, cause since I've been out of work for over 5 months, I think my sleeping cycle has shifted, and I don't seem to get charged up until after 9 pm, and end up staying up till 3 am at times, then may wake up at around 7, and get drowsy by noon, and so forth. But ye, I think my sleeping cycle pattern has shifted a bit or a lot...either way, when I need a nap I just take one.
Being unemployed for so long has really been nice, I'm not complaining, it's just gonna feel like hell when it's over, when have to report to certain area, again....is why I'm hoping my writing career takes off after this school I'm going to.........ye right, what a pipe dream. AI has fcked everything up for writers, song writers, artists, musicians...and more...Fk AI, and Fk those in the tech world who are messing up and destroying so many careers and ways of life that people earned a living through.
Next, AI will be stealing the art of painters, and creating AI gen paintings that dorky people will place value on.

2 things that are for sure bad for our bodies
1. Sitting in chairs for long periods of time
2. Chemically based mouth wash or washes...terrible what's in the ingrediants.
I finally put 2 and 2 together are realized I always seem to get mouth or I should say tongue sores whenever I use store bought chemically based mouth wash...then I read the ingrediants...duh.
And for about a year or so, or more, I just stopped using mouth wash, but for some reason started using again a few months ago...not anymore....more on that later.
And as far as sitting, wow, as of late, since been doing so much writing for screen play and studying ect...I've been sitting a lot more than I ever have...and wow, I feel it in the lower spine area... I even bought a office chair, and even this chair not padded enough or contoured enough, to take the discomfort out of lower back spine area, where your lower back meets your butt.
Sitting is terrible for us.
So I've got two issues I need to fix, for the sake of my own health. Chairs are just poorly designed.

Conditioned from above Is why moving, or the way I had to move, can be so disruptive to your health...cause in last place everything was set up just right, then lost all of it, had to start over, and in new place it's been a challenge getting things back they way they were that kept me so healthy over the years. In old place, I never sat in chairs, rather I had long desk in front of futon bunk bed and typed from there, so I sat on a mattress for 10 plus years when I typed, and never a chair. Couches are better for your back than beds, that's for sure... Maybe I might have to get like a lazy boy chair and use that as the office chair.

My body is not telling me coffee/mocha energy drinks are not good for my bodyMy body is now telling me that these coffee/mocha energy drinks, you get from the store, are no longer good for my body. I suspect it's do to the amount of sugar they put in them. I can make and drink my own coffee at home, which I add no sugar to at all, and I'm OK. But when I drink these heavily sugar saturated store bought energy drinks, it's like my body or energy level crashes. Could be a sign or pre diabetes, from what I've read, or just the fact that lots of sugar is bad for you, regardless of whether you have diabetes or not, especially as you age. Either way, no more coffee/mocha store bought energy drinks for me. Dr Self.

Why do I need a 'provider' in order to get certain prescription.
No one provides for my health but me! I've never had a medical 'Provider', other than short stint in the Navy.
Doctors mean nothing to me, they do nothing for me, other than trauma doctors that fix and mend broken bones, accidents, etc.
But other doctors, to me, have been meaningless, is why I never ever go.
I'm my own doctor, herbalist, nutritionist and more...the F do I need a arrogant negative god complex doctor for??
Sorry you spent so much money getting your degree.
Maybe eye doctors, hearing doctors, you know, doctors like that I get.
But just saying, no doctor can take credit for my health.
I wish more people would wake up and reclaim their health and stop elevating this medical complex that robbing you blind.
Other nations, people live just as long, yet they're not obsessed with health care like fat, stupid, lazy Americans are.

Dr Self
Well, I'm happy to report that that knee joint pain...pain is to strong of a word, more like gently or stiff soreness is finally starting to go away.
I haven't drank in over a week, been eating a lot more fruit, taking vitamins, exercising and more...and even changed how I sleep in the bed by getting bed pillows.
Most Americans would have just gone to 'the doctor', spent money, insurance money, and sat before the doctor like a idiot as doctor regurgitates stuff to you that you should already know.
The whole medical industry is one big gigantic scam in America.
Everyone scared as hell and so obsessed with health insurance, this insurance, fools!!
You've spent a big chunk of your living wages on crap that if you got sick, would be paid for anyways...how do you think the homeless get treated or foriegnors huh!
Fools!, most of you are medical fools, but that's what the business model needs is lots and lots of fools.
Not me.
Dr Self.

I went to the VA hospital or whatever it's called today, in Jacksonville, FL.
I was surprised how clean and orderly and empty the main lobby's were. I got there near closing, so tomorrow they'll call me, finish getting some info, and assign me a primary care doctor. I told them i never go to the doctor...is why I'm in as good of health I'm in...lol...that's not scientific. Just seems the minute you start going to a doctor is the minute you find out all sorts of things are wrong with you, is the minute they want to give you this and that medication, is the minute you get more sick. What do I need a doctor for?? When time for me to die, I will die, why go broke while dying? Look, all I want a primary doctor for is so I can get some Viagra, or a spin off of...OK...
