The joint stiffness and light grinding in my knees could just be as simple as me not drinking enough water during the day
Hmm, I'm going to watch this video and see where I fall on the how much water to drink daily scale.

Will force self to workout this morning, as in a light walk/bike rideMy mind doesn't feel like it, but body probably needs it, a brisk, quick, morning workout, to get the blood flowing and to flush out toxins that settle in body overnight. Out with the old, in with the new. Exercising helps oxygenate the body and oxygen helps scrub out and destroy toxins and other stuff not good for us.

When wake up feeling stiff and crummy, I find the best thing to do, first thing, is to go workout, as in a light walk and bike ride, to loosen up the muscles and get the blood flowing....yep, for sure.

Visited the VA clinic today, got blood drawn and gave urine sample...and that was it. The main meeting is on the 22nd of this month...big wow.
All I want is some Viagra, that's it. If anything else is wrong with me I don't want to know cause there's nothing I or anyone else can do about it, other than me eating healthy, exercising, vitamins, herbs, etc.
Not into medications, nope...Keith Ledger died like that, had all kinds of meds in his system.

Anyhow, my visit to the VA was short, I actually wanted it to be longer cause I don't get out much and sometimes enjoy the interaction....sometimes.

Regardless of how previous day went or how terrible my night may have been, regardless, it's time to go workout before I do anything else...cause without good or decent health, none of it matters.
Health always has to come first...period.

It's amazing how quickly you can get out of shape in just a few days of bad health habits.
It usually starts with your joints, and then muscle stiffness from not stretching, then other things begin to creep back in do to neglect.
To be or stay fit, you've really got to want to be or stay fit, especially as you age...it takes work, that's for sure.

I never drink fast food fountain drinks, that's how you get coldsA sure way to catch a cold, at least for me, is to drink fountain drinks at fast food places....why? Cause I suspect they're not properly cleaned, desanitized, which becomes a breeding ground for bacteria. Like the water in the ice tray dispenser and all. I just know whenever I even just sip fountain drink drinks, I immediately get the sniffles, as if a cold is coming on. Stay healthy, and avoid the fountain drinks, especially if older, at least that's my advice.
