Avoid people who bring you stress, even if have blood or lose blood relations, cause those you have blood relations with can ruin your life and health just as quicker, if not quicker than others can.
I tell myself, know for a fact, I need nothing in this world outside of my own body and health, everything else is fleeting, money, a home, ect.
And I just don't have time or mental energy, at my age, to be entangled in other peoples stupidity, especially when they don't listen to sound and reason.
