With all that Mike Tyson has been through, look how lightening quick he still is
Dude has done drugs in the past, drank, and more, yet look at how lightening quick they still are and how they have rebounded.
Mike Tyson is very lucky he didn't have the type of people I had in my life or they'd of abandoned him.
Love can fix almost anyone, even Tyson.

Many people find treadmills dreadfully boring
Many find treadmills dreadfully boring, but at times they're like a necessary evil.

Haven't been exercising regulalry as of late, not good, but it usually goes in cycles like that. Is why it has to become a habit, or you'll just stop doing it, walking, jogging, weights.
Cause let's face it, exercising isn't the most fun thing to do, especially when not in the mood to do it.
But being fit does have it's benefits, I just feel better over all when fit, less tired, and have more physical and mental endurance.

Going to pick self up today and go do what I haven't in a while, and that is go walk around the park, through the ball, ect. I just haven't done it in a few weeks, and if not careful a few weeks can turn into months.
Healthwise, I've been doing pretty good lately, but all it takes is one bad ingredient in a food item, one unatural chemicalized flavoring ect, to throw stuff off. No telling what industry puts in our food these days.
All that aside, a healthy body is better able to fight it all off vs one that isn't healthy.
So ye, I need to get up off of my butt this morning and go excercise outside of my place, for the sake of my health, then I can come back and sit on butt for rest of day doing other stuff.

I actually feel like my health is getting better as I age, probably cause I've made changes over the years, to what I use to eat and all.
Now I've practically eliminated all junk food, as in processed foods, from my life, to include sweet drinks of any kind.
As such I feel better, even though I still drink at times, I just feel better, joints feel better. And I've been taking herb suppliments, and other vitamins.
Most have no idea the crap they're eating on a daily basis, stuff that's slowly eating away at your live and kidney's ect.

I also consider keeping self personally groomed, as being a part of good mental and physical health Yes, many males, especially as they age, neglect grooming and taking care of physical appearance, especially males in the blue collar world. Usually males figure 'my wife or girlfriend looks good, so why should I?'...bunk that. Skin care, hair care, it all matters, cause having unhealthy skin as you age will come back to bite you hard. Grooming does matter. Plus, at least when single as I am, I only have myself to look at, so why wouldn't I want to look good to self? It keeps your moral up, at least when single, to want to always look good to self. And good moral = better over all mental and physical health

I was off for 3 days and not a single bit of exercise, I drank, but no exercise, how terrible. I'm in good enough health though where it won't really effect me, but none the less I'm only in decent health cause have been exercising, if I stop, my health will be shabby like others.
I can't keep taking my health for granted.

But I do try to workout while at work, while waiting around for a load to get ready, I do workout then, and it does help and matter.

I try to stay healthy now, not cause trying to be cool, or impress anyone, but cause it's beneficial to me, myself and I.
When not healthy, or out of shape, the only person it literally hurts is me, especially while on the job. Nothing worse than driving long hours, and being in pain, cause there's nothing you can do about it but bear it, and it just messes up your whole day. So I try to stay healthy just to make my own days go by with much more ease.

I must be doing something right, cause when I tell people my age or the see my ID, they're always shocked and think I'm about 20 years younger than I really am. I think it's the hair and skin, I have more hair, real hair on my head than most my age, cause I take care of my hair, as such it doesn't fall out. I have a secret for that, nor is it grey, cause of what I apply to my hair, but it was all by accident actually. Well, I may look young, but I don't always feel so young on the inside.

One way I try to stay healthy is by not stressing my mind or brain. I only can handle what I can handle, and never no stress before bed, is why won't read emails or check texts or anything before bed, and or right when I wake up...that's my time.
Usually, at least with me, people only call you to plant stress on you that you cannot resolve at the moment. During the day, fine, but before bed, no.
Time for bed.

I think, know, a major key to good health as you get older is plenty of rest, naps, and not stressing your mind out. Jobs that require you to work more than 10 hour shifts, are bad for your health.
Even when off from work, no one engages in any personal activities for 10 hours at a time, yet some jobs require you to? Screw that.
As you get older, you begin realizing it was all a lie, a fib, all that 'work hard' bs will get you ahead fiscally...ye right.
Investing will, and or getting paid a high salary will, regardless of how hard you work.
There's plenty of migrant workers who work in the fields who work hard, yet are broke as heck.

As you age, your whole relations to mindless labor begins to change. I say that cause usually if gen X or older, we're taught to honor and respect 'hard work', where as today's generation, well, maybe they're smarter than us old timers. They don't work harder, they work smarter, they invent 'apps' and become millionaires at 19, or do that 'reddit' trading stuff, or a number of other things from their computers that earn them big salaries while not having to work very hard at all. They work smart, but not smart.

Many jobs we work, particularly if blue collar or electrical in nature, have us working around electronic frequencies that aren't so good for our health. We're being bombarded with neutrons and other types of high or low radiation.
But can't always prove it, but you can in that cancer is so on the rise. I mean seems before the industrial age, whoever got cancer??
I don't remember cancer being mentioned in the bible, or any other ancient texts...just seems once modern man started messing around with chemicals, and radio waves, ect, then, and only then, does it seem the scourge of cancer started.
I don't remember native Americans, or Islanders, ect, ever speaking of cancer as being an issue, until modern man intruded in on their socieities.

Ultra sonic mice repellent Been having mice issues lately, so buying some of these ultra sonic mice repellent devices, should arrive tomorrow. Rodents bring disease, and the last thing I need right now is to lose my health over some stupid mice.
