I get most of my workouts in when at work, meaning when have to 'wait' for periods of time for load to get ready. While other drivers sitting in their trucks destroying their health, I'm out walking, pushups, stretching, you name it.
Speaking of work, it's about that time.

I've gained a few pounds above my average, yet body feels 'light' to me, that means I'm in better shape now, even though 1-3 lbs above my average weight.
The lighter your body feels to you, the better shape you're in.

continued from above ⬆️⬆️⬆️
And the reason my body feels lighter to me is because I've been doing a lot of leg lifts, you know, stuff that strenthens the muscles around your joints, thus decreasing joint pressure, thus pain, ect. And other stuff I've been doing as well, just weird like yoga/stretching exercises, keeping limber so that I don't get that 'old person' stiff walk, heck no, cause when you get that corpse walk, it's over....lol

It's amazing how much doing housework and walking through airports just seem to wear you out extra.I mean I can jog in the park, do pull-ups, stretch, fast walk, ect, and not feel as worn out and tired as I do when I do 20 minutes of tedious housework, or walk from terminal to terminal at a large airport...

Yep, since moving, or being forced to, I suppose one good thing to come from that is that now, working out is becoming a daily thing...it wasn't really before because I lived on the second floor, and believe it or not just living in the back, on the second floor can give or gave my mind lazy reasons to not workout.
But now I live on first floor, and to workout all I do is open door, walk outside with bike, and go...way less prep time. It's kind of hard to explain...but we all do it in areas of our lives, give ourselves excuses to not do this or that, mine happened to be with working out and a few other things.
Also, I'm taking non animal protein powder daily, for the last few days, cause I realize, at my age, makes no sense to workout (my workouts mainly consiste of me walking and sprinting and biking, and every now and then weights, and stretching, and body stuff, as in push ups ect)
But still all that destroys muscle tissue, and it's the repairing process that makes you fit...well if during repair process body has nothing to repair musclce with, body will take stored nutrients from other parts of your body, like fat, bones, ligaments, ect, and you'll begin to ache...duh.
Then add drinking beer to that and not good. So, I've stopped drinking beer for now, and working out near daily, and wow, my energy level is amazing. Now I just got to sharpen my mind again...learn to focus again, to think, to concentrate for long periods of time.
Cause to be honest, I'm one of the dumbest people on the planet, I have so neglected my mind over the years.
I know everything yet skilled in nothing. Pay checks and my labor has gotten me by, but certainly not my mind.
Anyways, shame on me for neglecting the gifts I was born with...but for now, time to get dressed, groom and go do a quck morning workout before it gets to hot.

There are certain kinds of athletic; sports shirts, that to me, a guy has no business wearing if you have any type of belly protruding from your waistline.
I mean certain type of athletic guy you have to look totally tall and streamlined cause it literally hugs you body, and if your gut is fat, it'll hug your gut as well, and then you just look goofy like you're wearing undersized clothing.
That being said, I'm about to go exercise so that I can eventually feel comfortable wearing some shirts I bought that are forcing me to 'rib up', lose weight, if I don't want to look silly wearing it or them.

Americans stuck on stupid when it comes to natural healing remedies vs running off to the synthetic drug prescribing system doctors
All I can do is share, if people don't actually watch the videos, that's on them.

Still not down with treadmills, unless maybe in a gym trying to impress your future date.

Just got back from light biking/walking workout, and I had like zero 'push' energy, it's the flattest I've felt in a while, while working out, like zero extra energy.
Not sure why...just don't know. Living pretty healthy, or is it something else? Is it phycological?...social?...somethings lacking for sure....lack of intimacy? Lack of love?
Who knows.

Some basic karate moves for newbies
I remember taking karate lessons briefly in high school, only lasted about 4 lessons. Took them on the gym at the W.S.U. campus. I lived in Albion, so it was harder for me to attend the classes and easier for me to quit. But I do remember these basic maneuvers this guy goes over in the video. Heck, I had to sit down and take a breather.

I need to workout. I don't feel like it, which means I need to workout, especially after not, the last few days.
I just need to go walk, something, anything....exercise has to become a habit, a daily one, cause the older you get the quicker you can lose your health if you deviate from a daily workout routine.
You can spend 6 months getting in shape, and lose it all in a week, if start drinking, laying around, and eating bad food.

Working out twice a day nowWorking out twice a day now, pretty much have to, at least since unemployed at the moment. When you're working, you burn up a lot of calories at work, especially if blue-collar job, but when unemployed, unless you're exercising, really all you're doing is sitting or laying down, as such, one workout just isn't enough, if serious about fitness. And let me tell you, I had a 'not in as good of shape as I thought' moment today. Climbing grassy hills is what we all did as youth (at least where I'm from)...and is one of the best ways to get in shape, build your endurance and leg strength and coordination. Well, let me tell you, after finding steep grassy hill today near freeway over pass, I felt like a old person slow jogging and stepping up that bank, I did it a few times, and wow...after that, I realize I'm not in the shape I thought I was...if anything, from 0-10, 10 being the best shape for my age, after that, I'd say I'm at a 4.Although recent doctor check said I was near perfect, as far as internal organs go...but then again all they did was take a blood test and urine test, they weren't talking about like physical fitness type of shape. Anyways, done exercising for the day, and I already feel restless. It's my mind I really need to start exercising by learning how to concentrate on one thing for a long period of time without getting bored.
