I get most of my workouts in when at work, meaning when have to 'wait' for periods of time for load to get ready. While other drivers sitting in their trucks destroying their health, I'm out walking, pushups, stretching, you name it.
Speaking of work, it's about that time.

I've gained a few pounds above my average, yet body feels 'light' to me, that means I'm in better shape now, even though 1-3 lbs above my average weight.
The lighter your body feels to you, the better shape you're in.

continued from above ⬆️⬆️⬆️
And the reason my body feels lighter to me is because I've been doing a lot of leg lifts, you know, stuff that strenthens the muscles around your joints, thus decreasing joint pressure, thus pain, ect. And other stuff I've been doing as well, just weird like yoga/stretching exercises, keeping limber so that I don't get that 'old person' stiff walk, heck no, cause when you get that corpse walk, it's over....lol

It's amazing how much doing housework and walking through airports just seem to wear you out extra.I mean I can jog in the park, do pull-ups, stretch, fast walk, ect, and not feel as worn out and tired as I do when I do 20 minutes of tedious housework, or walk from terminal to terminal at a large airport...
