Why join a gym when there's plenty of ready made outside gyms all over the place

Just got back from working out, had to, well, it came up on the 'to do list'.
When you wake up feeling bad, physically, (viruses and bacteria are responsible for that based on what you ate the night or early morning before), to me the only way to get rid of that stuff is to workout to a sweat, sweat it out, oxygenated it out...but if just sit, low heart rate, no sweat, viruses and bacteria love that. So get off your lazy azz and go walk, run, bike, canoe, hike, surf, skateboard, roller blade, anything other than sitting at home.

Tennis anyone?
Tennis anyone? Before this, I haven't swung a tennis racket in years, maybe a decade. But tennis keeps you fit, keeps those muscles loose. I may have to add it to my regular workout routine, again.
Bottom line, just stay fit and eat right, cause the world is hard enough when healthy, how much harder is the world to us when we're unhealthy.

Examples of ultra processed foodsAvoid these foods if you have the will power to, and or learn how to make/create alternative natural options to them.
